A Flyfishing lure. The yellow pencil popper is used in both fresh and saltwater. Freshwater its used for bass and bream (thats sunfish you all) . Saltwater it works for speckled trout and the occasional redfish. A must for the flyfisherman the pencil popper features a real horsehair tail .
